Editorial policy

AI Tool Flow aims to help readers make practical decisions about AI tools and small-business automation.

Evidence and examples

We prioritize official product documentation for features, limits, prices and policies. Important statements should link to their supporting sources. A date of review indicates when material was checked, not a guarantee that a product has stayed unchanged.

Worked examples may use hypothetical workloads and synthetic data. They should be labeled accordingly and show their assumptions. We do not present simulated examples as customer case studies or claim hands-on testing without a documented test.

AI assistance and human responsibility

AI tools may assist planning, drafting, editing and routine checks. Editorial responsibility remains with the publisher. Automation is not an excuse to publish unsupported claims, copied material, fabricated experience or repetitive pages that add little value.

Recommendations and commercial relationships

Recommendations should reflect the reader’s needs, adequate features, ongoing costs, review effort and risks. Sometimes the right choice is a free option, a smaller plan or no automation at all.

If a page includes commission-bearing affiliate links or paid sponsorship, that relationship should be disclosed clearly on the page. A normal link to a provider does not necessarily earn a commission. Commercial arrangements must not determine the conclusion of a comparison.

Corrections

Report a factual issue to hello@aitoolflow.net, preferably with the article URL and supporting evidence. Material corrections should explain what changed where appropriate. We cannot promise an immediate response or fixed update schedule for every product.
