Who runs this website
AI Tool Flow is an independently operated website based in Canada at https://aitoolflow.net. We publish practical guides about AI tools and business workflows.
Privacy contact: Site operator / Privacy Contact, AI Tool Flow. Email hello@aitoolflow.net for privacy questions, complaints or requests about your information. Please do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive documents that are unnecessary for your request.
Email enquiries
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use these to respond, follow up and handle your request. Hostinger provides our business email service. The Contact page opens your own email application; it is not a separate contact form that stores a submission on this website.
Our current email practice is handling enquiries and privacy requests, not enrolling correspondents in a newsletter or sending promotional campaigns. Sending us an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Comments and avatars
Articles allow comments without requiring a reader account. The form asks for your name, email address and comment; a website address is optional. WordPress also processes the submitting IP address, browser user-agent information and submission time for comment administration and spam prevention. Site administrators can access comment records and receive comment/moderation notifications.
If a comment is published, the name, comment and optional website link can be public. Your email address is not displayed as part of the comment. Avoid putting private information in the comment text. Public comments may be copied or indexed by others.
Avatar display is enabled. WordPress can use Gravatar to display a profile image associated with a hash of your email address. Where a Gravatar image is requested, that service also receives the browser request needed to supply it. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. See Automattic’s privacy policy for Gravatar’s practices. An avatar may appear publicly alongside an approved comment.
Cookies and browser choices
The comment form has an optional checkbox to remember your name, email and website in browser cookies for later comments. You can leave it unchecked. WordPress documents a default lifetime of approximately one year for these convenience cookies; browser settings or later configuration changes can shorten their availability. You can remove or block cookies through your browser controls.
WordPress also uses functional cookies for administrator sign-in, session checking and interface preferences. Reading our public guides does not require an administrator account. We do not claim that every visit is entirely cookie-free.
Hosting, technical records and service providers
Hostinger provides our website hosting and email. Operating these services involves technical records such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information and security/error information. These support delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. Website caching creates temporary copies of pages to serve them efficiently.
Information handled by service providers may be processed outside your country, including outside Canada. See Hostinger’s privacy policy and data-processing information. We do not promise Canadian-only storage or a single deletion period for all provider logs and backups.
Search measurement and advertising
We use Google Search Console to review the site’s appearance in Google Search, including search impressions, clicks and indexing information. Search Console ownership was verified through DNS, not by installing a Google Analytics visitor-tracking tag. We have not installed Google Analytics or AdSense ad code as part of the current site setup.
Hostinger Reach, the newsletter integration previously installed on this website, is inactive. We are not currently operating a Reach signup form or newsletter here. Before enabling advertising, new visitor analytics or newsletter collection, we will review this notice and the relevant user-choice and consent requirements. This policy does not mean that Google has approved the site for advertising.
How long information is kept
There is currently no automatic expiry schedule for ordinary email enquiries or retained comments. Email correspondence remains in the mailbox until manually removed. Comments and their associated records can remain stored until manually removed, including to maintain discussions and handle moderation. This is not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
You can ask us to review whether your information is still needed or request its removal using the privacy contact above. Retention decisions consider the original purpose, follow-up needs, security and any applicable obligations. Provider-managed logs, caches and backup copies have their own lifecycles and may not disappear at the same time as an active mailbox or website record.
Access, correction and removal requests
Email hello@aitoolflow.net to ask about information you provided, request access or correction, or ask for removal. Include enough context to locate it, such as the comment URL or the email address you used, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before disclosing or changing a record.
We will review the request and explain relevant limits, including information that must be retained for legal or security reasons and copies outside our direct control. We do not guarantee immediate removal from every backup, search engine or third-party copy. Do not post a privacy request as a public comment.
Other websites and changes
Our guides link to other websites with their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you to that provider; its policy is separate from ours.
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Contact the Privacy Contact at hello@aitoolflow.net if anything here is unclear.
